Santa Rosa Junior College is seeking to fill a key leadership position. We are looking for an individual with demonstrated leadership skills who want to join an outstanding team of administrators, faculty and staff. This position is a twelve months per year, educational administrator.

This position has principal managerial responsibility for the instructional and athletic programs under his or her supervision and is the primary contact with the chair, faculty and staff of the Physical Education, Dance & Athletics Department with regard to budget, schedule, curriculum/program development, evaluation, personnel and other matters for the department.

Compensation package includes a salary range of $84,624/year - $101,556/ year (2005/06 Salary Schedule; maximum initial placement at mid-range). An additional 2% compensation will be added to the base salary for an earned doctorate degree. The District also offers a competitive benefits package. A mortgage loan at substantially below-market interest rates may be available to the candidate selected for this position.

Santa Rosa Junior College is located in California, 52 miles north of San Francisco, in the heart of the Sonoma County wine country.
