Department Chair and Assistant/Associate Professor in Kinesiology

Biola University, School of Arts and Sciences, seeks applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor and Department Chair position in the Kinesiology, Health, and Physical Education Department. Position available for fall 2005 (applications will be accepted until the position is filled). Earned doctorate and successful administrative and teaching experience at the university level required. Teach undergraduate courses in pedagogy, psychological and sociological aspects of sport, history and philosophy of physical education, and other courses as needed. Provide leadership in integration of faith and learning.

Candidate must have ability to contribute to multicultural understandings. Ethnic and gender diversity desired.
