The University of Maryland Eastern Shore invites resumes for the following tenure track position. The Department of Exercise Science is one of four departments in the School of Health Professions.
CHAIR, DEPARTMENT OF EXERCISE SCIENCE - The Chair is the administrative and academic officer of the department and is responsible for curricula and new program development, administering and monitoring departmental budget, attending to personnel matters, providing accreditation leadership, and vigorously pursuing grants to support departmental initiatives. Earned doctorate in exercise physiology, kinesiology or related fields. The candidate's teaching, scholarship, and service profile must be commensurate with tenure-track appointment at the rank of associate or full professor.
