JOB: University of Gloucestershire

The Faculty of Sport, Health and Social Care at the University of
Gloucestershire seeks applicant for a range of posts at all levels. While I
doubt that there will be many on this lists for whom these will be directly
relevant, please pass them on to workmates, chums and assorted others who may be
interested.

Senior Lecturer in Philosophy of Sport and Exercise
£28,850 - £37,643 Ref: A177

The Faculty is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-qualified individual,
with a passion for Sport, who is able to lead in the Philosophy area of Sport
and Exercise, and contribute to some National Curriculum theory modules and
Practical Sports modules. This is principally a teaching post, although all
staff are expected to ensure that their teaching is underpinned and supported by
contemporary research and scholarship, for which an appropriate time allowance
is made available. It would be an advantage if the successful candidate has an
RAE profile and has research degree supervisory experience.
